Vous \u00eates tenu de fournir la preuve que votre fournisseur d'h\u00e9bergement a confirm\u00e9 que vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de la location et qu'il n'y a aucune dette en cours \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Sinon, vous \u00eates toujours responsable de tout loyer impay\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de votre contrat de location.<\/p>\n

Si vous \u00eates sur un plan de paiement mensuel avec Housing Hand, vous \u00eates toujours responsable des frais de service du garant m\u00eame si vous avez d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous envisagerons de vous rembourser si vous n'avez pas encore emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans votre nouveau logement. Nous pouvons vous facturer des frais administratifs de 80 \u20ac selon le motif de l'annulation.<\/p>\n

Si vous demandez un remboursement parce que vous ou votre cosignataire avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'annuler, nous facturerons les frais administratifs. Si l'annulation est survenue parce que votre fournisseur d'h\u00e9bergement ne vous a pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 emm\u00e9nager pour une raison quelconque, nous ne vous facturerons pas de frais d'h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n

Si vous avez termin\u00e9 votre processus de demande de garant, nous exigeons la preuve du fournisseur d'h\u00e9bergement que vous ne d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez pas \/ ne vivez pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Non. Une fois l'AST et le contrat de garantie sign\u00e9s, nous sommes l\u00e9galement li\u00e9s pour la dur\u00e9e fixe de la location.
