Pour \u00eatre accept\u00e9 comme garant, vous devez \u00eatre:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 un r\u00e9sident irlandais<br \/>\n\u2022 un propietaire<br \/>\n\u2022 en emploi \u00e0 temps plein<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00eatre en mesure de fournir une preuve de revenu suffisante pour couvrir les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au loyer de la location.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le garant remplit ces crit\u00e8res, le fournisseur d&#039;h\u00e9bergement effectuera une v\u00e9rification des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences avant d&#039;accepter la demande.<\/p>\n<p>Le garant doit ensuite signer le contrat de location aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du locataire pour toute la dur\u00e9e du bail.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&#039;en avez pas et que vous ne trouvez personne qui agira en tant que garant pour vous, Housing Hand peut se porter garant pour votre location.
