Il peut s&#039;agir d&#039;une personne qui ne souhaite pas ou qui ne remplit pas les conditions requises pour \u00eatre votre garant de loyer irlandais directement.<\/p>\n<p>Votre cosignataire est un deuxi\u00e8me point de contact et est \u00e9galement tenu de rembourser \u00e0 Housing Hand tout montant vers\u00e9 en votre nom si vous \u00eates en d\u00e9faut de paiement pendant votre location. Ils doivent avoir un revenu, mais leurs ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cr\u00e9dit ne sont pas pertinents.
